We love, Remotely

The "Utah Loophole" refers to Utah County, Utah's remote marriage licensing and online wedding system, which legally permits couples worldwide to obtain a marriage license and tie the knot completely online via video conference without residency or citizenship requirements.

No Residency or Citizenship:

Neither partner needs to live in or be a citizen of the United States.

Virtual Ceremonies:

The entire ceremony can be conducted remotely over video, provided the officiant is registered in Utah County and the couple and witnesses are virtually present.

Legal Recognition:

Because Utah County explicitly accommodates digital applications and remote video solemnization under state marriage statutes, the resulting marriage certificate is legally binding and internationally recognized.
